Organization receives Power Point slides, PDF handout version, competency evaluations, and related resource materials for self-study. Intended audience – an interdisciplinary group of up to 24 staff that will serve as the patients of skilled nursing facilities, home care patients and Assisted Living persons. OURfocus group charged with furthering the education to the balance of the staff. The value of this approach is to form a solid base to sustain the education through program development. 4. Quality Assurance Performance Improvement – development of a quality monitoring system designed to both maintain an ongoing focus on staff education and program develoPMENT.
