DJG Investigative Services Inc

We are a private investigation firm "DJG Investigative Services Inc" based in Cornelius, NC.  We have been in business for 23 years; we offer services to insurance companies corporations and government entities. Our specialty is in investigation of work comp fraud claims. We also do offer FMLA investigations and offer hostile termination assistance to companies. Our coverage spans across the country. We are looking to begin the process of building capital to acquire some other Pi firms in the same competitive space we are in so we can obtain our growth goals through acquisition.  Our customers are comprised on some of the biggest insurance companies in the country as well as large corporations, staffing and trucking companies. 

We are seeking equity based investors who will help support additional staffing and acquisitions of other companies through there investment. In return investors depending on investment amount will be given a seat on the board of directors. Our strategic goal is to increase our sales quickly and then with in 5-7 years sell DJG for a profit. Our growth model is 15% to 20 % each year. The private investigation industry is a 18 billion dollar a year industry. 

About our CEO, Dwayne Green is presently the CEO and President of DJG Investigative Services Inc.He founded DJG Investigative Services in 2001 to provide professional investigative solutions to the insurance industry. He has more than 20 years of expertise in insurance investigations, loss prevention, risk management and Global Security in both the public and private sectors. Dwayne has served as President of the Board of Directors for his local Home Owners Association in the town Huntersville, NC. An organization in a planned community in which community volunteers work together with all residents of the community to manage common areas and maintain the overall appearance of the community. During his time as President Dwayne successfully orchestrated volunteers within the community to work with all other surrounding communities, small businesses and local government for the betterment of all residential communities in the town He currently resides in Huntersville, NC with his wife and family.
