Dietrich Well Service, LLC

Dietrich Well Service, LLC is a water well service company that installs submersible well pumps, pressure tanks, holding tanks, booster pumps and also performs diagnostic and repair services.  This business is owned and operated by me and my wife with the plan to someday pass down a successful business to my children and their children and so on. 
A little about myself...
       I started in the water well industry in Colorado, at 13 years old. Working for my Uncles business.  When I was 19 I decided to dabble in mining  the oilfield, and even government jobs for the county and a borough in Alaska.  Now I'm currently employed as a service manager for a reputable Water Well company near Anchorage.  I've decided I'm finally in the right place at the right time to start my own businesses but lacking funds to do so.
     Alaska is in desperate need of well service companies! The majority of the citizens here live on either a private or community water well and, it's no secret, everyone needs water.  Currently there are only about 50 water well companies which employ around 250 people and made a combined $80 million in 2018 alone.  Of those 50 companies,  some of them only specialize in water conditioning while others only focus on drilling the wells. This leaves the remaining 30 or 40 companies to service the thousands of wells throughout alaska.
        There's a huge opportunity here for this company as we are one of the few that have the knowledge, experience and inside scoop on what the well industry is doing.  Our goal is to start small, with 1 service truck that I will operate throughout mainland Alaska.  In my experience, I will average 3 pump installs per week and some other various service work for and average sales of $10,000 per week.  I estimate only about 1/3rd of that will go back into materials, fuel, insurance, maintenance and other overhead costs leaving quite a large profit.
