Jason is a business professional with over 12 years’ experience managing vendors, improving processes, and coordinating Restaurant Operations. He is a natural team player and leader with a keen sense of nimbleness and adaptability. His strong suit is being skilled at building relationships and working collaboratively across all levels of the organization. Henry has always had an undeniable drive and determination to succeed. After high school, he was unsure as to what he wanted his career path to be. Nicknamed “fat boy” by his peers because he loved food so much, he fondly remembers joking with them about one day owning a franchise.  After almost two decades, Henry re-enrolled in school where he attended his alma matter, University of Phoenix, for his undergraduate in Business & Marketing and a Masters degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Human Resources Management. Graduating with the one of the highest honors in education, Magna Cum Laude, he was proud and honored to take home a 3.8 GPA. Currently, Henry is a Franchisee and Area Developer of Dickey's Barbecue Pit, where he helps Owners become the best version of themselves by lending valuable guidance and support to become successful in the the restaurant industry.
