Desert Scouts, LLC was established to partner with a company called Area Scouts.  Area Scouts has been established for several years and is a fast growing company that wanted a partner to help with the growth.  Desert Scouts will focus on a region involving New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas for all sports with elementary through collegiate level athletes.  Desert Scouts will also be the lead with MMA, Boxing, and Wrestling both nationally and internationally.  Desert Scouts will use the Area Scouts platform valued at over 13 million dollars.  The platform will connect athletes with coaches hired by Desert Scouts and Area Scouts.  The platform is also tied in with doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, dieticians, and mental health specialists to help the kids through obstacles such as injuries and injury prevention for athletes. Events will be held with specific sports to work with kids.  Many professional athletes are involved with Area Scouts to help kids with their sports goals.  Professional athletes will also be supporting events held by Desert Scouts.  There is an equipment program in place to help kids that can not afford sports gear and equipment like bats, gloves, footballs, and basketballs.  The business will improve the community and region by giving kids goals and help them achieve their potential with sports.  This will teach them discipline and to have goals to focus on and learn important skills for their lives.  This business and goals will help with kids not going down a negative path.  The platform is also tied in with colleges to help track athlete careers and assist with sports scholarships.  There is no other business that focuses on the same aspects so there is no competition.  Area Scouts has many B2B partnerships in place to continue growing at a fast pace.  Expected first year revenue for Desert Scouts is over 6 million.  5 year projection is over 66 million.  Desert Scouts is seeking between 200 and 300k for the licensing and capital to start things off.  A business plan and pitch deck has been created and available to interested investors.  The leadership with Desert Scouts is currently a CEO and CFO.  The CEO is a double MBA and doctoral student expected to graduate in a few months with a doctorate in business leadership.  The CEO is also retired special forces and a disabled combat veteran.  CEO has also had previous experience with owning, starting, and growing a business.  The CFO also has business experience with owning and running a business.  The CFO also holds a business degree.  Looking forward to discussing options with investors.  As mentioned before, a business plan and pitch deck have been created and available to any investor that is interested in this opportunity.
