We, the owners of the company, have extended experience in management and law inforcement, both in Europe and USA with Bachelors and Masters degrees. The current project that we are seeking funding is a 16 unit apartment complex located in downtown Phoenix, in the densest employment corridor with over 130,000 total jobs. Newly renovated, 100% occupancy rate with rent under market value, walking distance from ASU. The mortgage pre approval is already done and we are currently looking to raise $3 million, the funds necessary for the down-payment.
