Every product we add next layers onto travelers we have already won, at no extra cost to acquire them: Voice and SMS travel numbers, and an AI Travel Concierge that plans, organizes, and runs an entire trip and earns both a subscription and a commission on what travelers book through it. The same customer simply becomes worth more.

And the Concierge widens who we reach. It covers the whole trip, not just connectivity, so it pulls in the far larger market of people who travel but never think about an eSIM, and because planning naturally involves their companions and contacts, every user brings more.
