Deelr is an AI-powered automotive dealership platform built by the founders of ASR Pro — the inspection software that scaled to 8,000+ dealerships and was acquired into Cox Automotive (Xtime Inspect) and CDK Global (CDK Service). We have built category-defining products in this market before. We are doing it again.
What We Build
Deelr is a single, unified platform that connects the two most profitable departments in a dealership — used vehicle operations and the fixed ops service lane — under one AI-native system. No incumbent does this. Cox owns the service lane. CDK owns the DMS. Neither has built the bridge. That is what Deelr is.
Flow manages the entire used vehicle lifecycle: appraisal, pricing, photo enhancement, listing, and reconditioning — running simultaneously rather than sequentially. Dealerships compress time-to-front-line, protect gross profit per unit, and eliminate the lag that costs them money every day a car sits in recon.
Inspect AI brings that same intelligence to the service drive — AI-powered inspections, automated workflow, and fixed ops throughput tools that replace the legacy platforms our founders originally built at Cox and CDK.
Together, they form a complete operating platform for the two revenue engines every dealership runs.

The Team
Fred Fordin built ASR Pro from scratch, scaled it to 8,000+ dealerships, and exited into Cox Automotive. Charles Fordin led product at Cox post-acquisition. We are not guessing at the problem — we are the people who originally solved it, and we are building the version we always wished existed.
