Decentryk is digitizing real-world physical items with secure, permanent digital passports (using Non-Fungible Tokens or NFTs) for tomorrows Metaverse. We have developed the worlds first secure permanent physical NFT solution that enhances the value and provenance of real-world physical assets such as luxury goods and valuable collectibles. Our patent pending technology integrates ultra-hi-resolution laser engraving with our revolutionary new NFT minting and blockchain verification software to make physical asset NFTs much more secure, permanent and legitimately valuable than standard digital art NFTs could ever be. Our target markets include global luxury brands specializing in luxury watches, jewelry, luxury fashion and apparel, physical art and collectibles, premium wines and spirits, sporting memorabilia, luxury cars and vintage cars (which totals a $650B luxury products market).
Every luxury brand in the world is currently planning to launch an NFT collection in 2023/24 .... but just to sell digital images of their physical products for marketing purposes. In contrast our patent pending technology enables them to enhance the value of their existing real-world luxury products with a permanent digital ID and media library for every item. Our B-B-C business model is analogous to HP's famous ink-jet printer model where the hardware is sold at below cost and all the profit is made from the recurring sales revenue from ink consumables. In our case we deliver our LaserMinter hardware and NFT software tools either free or at near cost to global luxury brand customers - but we charge them a 2% platform fee for every physical item bundled with an NFT that they sell to their retail customers. By permanently digitizing their physical luxury products our customers can increase their marketable value by at least 20% to 30% per item - with no upfront costs and just a 2% fee upon the sale of each product item. Ultimately our technology helps global luxury brands protect their valuable products against forgery and theft while also adding a digital presence that can be easily integrated into tomorrows Metaverse applications.
We have one global luxury brand already signed up as a customer ($8B No.1 global wine company) and are in technical discussions with 6 other global luxury brands and collectible art auction houses. We have a finished "LaserMinter" product that we are using to demo to luxury brand customers that is generating huge interest. Our laser hardware and engraving platform is ready to go into production - we now just need to build the Web3 software platform to start generating revenues from it. Our diverse and experienced team includes a PhD in Laser Physics as CEO and several blockchain / cloud software experts with over 100 years combined experience in laser hardware and blockchain / software startups.
