We are opening a franchise in Philadelphia. We need a small loan - $80k. My nephew and I have invested over $100k of our own personal funds. The third party is having an issue getting his portion.

I have over 26 years experience in the restaurant business. The franchisor is more than excited to have us open in Philadelphia, PA.
We have no formal business plan; however, we do have projections, etc.
The landlord has agreed to our terms, and we should have a lease effective June 2022 in a few days. I’m addition, we are just awaiting our health certificate from the city. If everything goes as planned, we should be open for business by the end of June 2022.
