DBPI  Equity Capital raise  for the NorthStar  Flex Space Project that's ready to break ground in  Parker, CO.  The funds are secured by a Deed of Trust and Note with APR of 12 % for those that  participate., plus there's  participation in the  back end profit made by NorthStar Flex.  This should equate to approximately one percent ( 1%) additional interest,  for an estimated total of 13% APR.  All  Investors must be accredited.

Project Information
NorthStar Flex Space project consist of 2 Flex Space buildings built in the heart of Parker, CO.   Buildings A & B are 31,184 total sq ft.  This shovel ready project  has 28 reservations to purchase units,    Each building consists of 9 units for a total of 18 units.  Additionally, there are already 5  Purchase contracts signed  with deposits being taken before the NorthStar Flex has broken ground.  Total project cost which includes (Construction loan,  equity participation,  all interest carry,  and builders contingency ) of $ 12,000,000 with resale value of  $14,200,000.  Builder/Owner - principle has 30+ years as licensed Contractor, land developer and has built over 1000 units consisting of multifamily, single family and commercial building units.
