The Unique Selling Proposition we chose to capitalize on is an operational format for a sit/stand desk, a departure from a rack and pinion system with dual pillar legs serving as the desk base and the lift. The D-S Inc compact system being developed focuses on an elevated lift position that is in a patent pending status. The advantage this system offers is design freedom of style, format, material and price-points.

Executive Summary: Hathos Inc. is in the pre prototyping funding phase focusing on the health care industry, specifically the personal ambulatory health care segment. Product improvements [USP] in this area have been identified, and a rudimentary PD cycle is underway to illustrate the possible improvement/issues for development in one product segment as an example: Cane improvements have been identified as an introduction to the hand grip: a mechanism for length adjustment, and a different foot/base for stability, both ends utilizing an early stage, in-development system. The initial design cycle illustrates a system consisting of 100+ configurations. [fig 1-4]. Further USP’s have been identified using the same technology and expanding into different markets using same infrastructure primarily.
