Dank Vodka is a Dallas based brand launched Feb 2020 and available in over 190 locations statewide. The World's First Terpene Spirit - the crossroads of where Fine Spirits and Fine Cannabis meet. Launched by an Army veteran in the midst of a pandemic, Dank has rapidly grown to distribution in over 190 retail stores, restaurants and bars throughout the state of Texas. Dank has mastered the technique of infusing terpenes in vodka to create an product that has has rave reviews from both consumers and professional bartenders and mixologists as the smoothest vodka they've ever tasted . The product is currently on the market using terpenes that are commonly added to cannabis. When legally available, Dank is well positioned to become the first spirit that contains terpenes extracted from cannabis. Thereafter we will continue to offer two product lines with various NATURAL flavors that contain NO added sugars, flavors or byproducts.
USE OF FUNDS: The company has had tremendous market penetration considering it launched during a pandemic. Up until this point the founder, Trea, has done it all himself. We are seeking funds to further expand distribution which will include:
- New Bottle design to a custom high end bottle
- Expanded digital marketing
- Subsequent distillation runs
- Expansion into Colorado, Florida and Louisiana in Q1 2022 to coincide with college Spring Break events
