A simple yet game-changing technique I created that saved my life from those bastards depression and anxiety. It is a simple, powerful technique that takes only fifteen minutes a day and approaches the soul crushing effects of depression and anxiety in a completely new and unique way. For many people this is a life long battle and relapses are common even with medications. By utilizing my method you can achieve a real sense of stability and self empowerment by feeling yourself actually healing yourself at the core. It has taken me years to finally get up the courage to try and actively market my method -- the stigma of mental health issues kept me back (and I still had some work to do on myself).
