The Goals and Objectives
Dance to the Sun Publishers, LLC, has as its primary goal making a contribution to the popularity of soccer in the United States especially in the age bracket of children ages 13-18 . The President of the company is a former youth and high school coace is also the author of the Soccer Tales Trilogy and The Soccer Tales Coloring Book, a series of experiential books on youth soccer.
We hope to instill an interest in the sport of soccer in the youth of our nation's inner cities and rival the sports of football and basketball.
Over the next 2 years, this objectives will be met by the development of a 3D animated cartoon movie featuring the exploits of a central character of its youth soccer books, The Shoelace Monster. The company will continue to market its line of books, both paperback and Ebook format. through the sale of its books and coloring books for young players and fans. In the course of the next 2 years, the World Cups for both men and women will be witnessed by t.v. and streaming audiences around the world and our company desires to be part of the global expansion.
Achieving success in marketing through Major League Soccer , in particular the new expansion markets of Austin, Texas, Cincinnati, Ohio and Nashville, are part of our goals.
We plan in the next 2 years to see the creation of a full length animated movie based on "Soccer Tales-Legend of the Shoelace Monster" It is our intent to enter this short movie in several film festivals before the year's end.
The Product
Dance to the Sun Publishing, LLC offers books for young readers, ages 6-10 and also for teenagers up to age 18.
We intend to market our product for social media, video and animation services. A quotation for 3D animated movie has been submitted and a first draft of the movie script has been prepared.
The Target Market
The intended target audience for the company, are sports media companies and the youth soccer players and parents. A particular target audience is the youth of the inner cities throughout the nation who are unable to compete in the more expensive clubs, tournaments and college showcases.
Coaches, parents and referees can get familiar, if they are not already experienced with the principles covered in "Soccer Tales II-Born to Play the Game" This particular book reflects on coaching philosophies, "pay-to- play", parenting skills, genetics and racism in the sport and the psychology of reward and punishment for the young player.
