La Cucina della Nonna will be a full service casual fine dining Italian restaurant. We will have a full bar, extensive wine list and authentic Italian dishes. The space has a side bar which we will turn into a coffee/pastry bar in the mornings and wine bar in the evenings. There is also a large outdoor patio area where we will have live music on the weekends, community events and Sunday Sip and Cinema (movies and wine/appetizers). We have an extremely sought after location for our restaurant that is in a very highly trafficked area for both retail and food services. We will be the only Italian restaurant in the downtown area. The downtown development office performed a recent study showing $2,000,000 in revenue leaking out of downtown due to the lack of a full service restaurant in the area of our restaurant's proposed location. There are two separate new residential neighborhoods being built in a 3 mile radius with 500+ homes. The downtown area has actually gotten involved in trying to make sure we are the business that gets to rent this building for our business.
