Czar Clothing is a trademarked e-commerce athleisurewear clothing company producing clothing on demand that is environmentally friendly eliminating waste from overproduction that typically ends up filling landfills and eliminating the need for large capital expenditures for  inventory (typically 50% of capital in the fashion business)that inhibit growth for most fashion companies.  Czar Clothing inspires and encourages athletes and free thinkers to "Build Their Empire".

The Founder
Nicholas Zellem is the Chief Visionary and founder of Czar Clothing.
Nick has a degree in Entrepreneurship from Baylor University. Nick has been successful selling technology for the past 29 years. The past 10 years Nick has been selling automation software which is how he came up with the business model for Czar Clothing to incorporate automation for mass customization of products with several manufacturers. Additionally the automation will also include  just in time inventory for the ondemand business, and to efficiently address the business backend operations and automation to fulfill orders for customers.

The total addressable market for activewear fashion was valued at $317 Billion in 2022 and is projected to be $509 Billion by 2031.
The global fashion e-commerce market will grow from $744.4 billion in 2022 to $821.19 billion in 2023 at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10.3%. The fashion e-commerce market is expected to grow to $1,222.32 billion in 2027 at a CAGR of 10.5%.

Objectives/Future
Our Short-term goals are to increase our followers/social media presence, create a constant process of generating consistent revenue, fine tune our model, and improve website conversion rates leveraging automation software technology.  Since we rely on our partners for manufacturing and inventory (eliminating 50% of the typical operational costs in fashion) we can leverage our capital towards social media growth, creative content, marketing, designs, and customer service.
In 3 years we would like to reach $1 million in revenue and establish a system that increases our presence, followers and establish a consistent revenue flow.
We will invest in fashion social media influencers and specific to sports like MMA, Yoga, Golf, Crossfit, Tennis, and Pickleball.
We intend on hiring and investing in marketing.
At this time we sell Business to consumer with the ecommerce website.
We are also going to explore the wholesale market to retailers.

Czar Clothing Aligning with MMA partners
Czar Clothing has been successful aligning with MMA.
Czar Clothing currently has a strong presence in the fastest growing sport MMA. We work with several MMA gyms and specifically one owned by a 20 year MMA and Kickboxing legend and veteran. We sponsor amateur fighters and also work directly to sponsor amateur MMA leagues Peak Fighting and XKO.  The amateur leagues are advantageous because the price point to sponsor is very low, the following and dedication of fans is high, and MMA is the fastest growing sport in the world.
We plan to expand our presence in the US and around the world with different global MMA amateur and professional leagues.

The Deal
We are open to both equity and/or a loan. We believe strongly that investments in social media, influencers and marketing can grow this initially to a sustainable and reliable multi-million dollar business. Long-term we believe that creating products on demand is where the fashion business is going (See Ralph Lauren's custom site as an example).
We can and will compete with Nike, Adidas, Under Armor, Reebox, and have the opportunity to grow Czar Clothing into a multi-billion dollar business. 

Czar Clothing’s Manufacturing Partners

Czar Clothing leverages manufacturing and fulfillment partnerships globally with companies in Southern California, Canada, China, Italy, Spain, Pakistan and Vietnam.  We will continue to incorporate new manufacturers when we see opportunities. Products are made in different locations because each manufacturer has expertise in design providing access to materials and unique products. 

Retail Locations
Czar Clothing is an ecommerce company.  Although we own a luxurious air-conditioned tent and participate in pop up shops.  We may sell specialty items at the pop up not on the website. Pop up shops are a great opportunity to engage people about the brand in specific geographies (like a high-end shopping center or exclusive area of a city).
