I am in the used motorcycle sales and service business. We sell 85%-90% Harleys and offer outside finance sales (5 lenders), leases, and Buy Here Pay Here options. I have been selling bikes out of this location since 2018 and have averaged 40 bikes a month for the last 2 years. I am the only motorcycle dealer in the West Texas area with the closet dealers being in Ft. Worth and El Paso. My background is in the automotive business where I spent 26 years in the the new franchise business with the Messer Auto Group (MAG) and Group 1 Automotive. I was the CFO for the MAG for 11 years and then sold out to Group 1 where I was a regional CFO and then served as GM for the Messer dealerships for the last seven years. Last year (with funding) my revenues were $5,586,515 and my net profit was $512,798. From June 2014 to May 2022 I was a used car dealer and owned Matador Motors. Our BHPH portfolio stays in the 75%-80% current range and my collections manager has been collecting motorcycle notes since 2004.
