Cuttin' Up Custom Meat Processing is a state-inspected red meat processing facility. We are currently in the process of obtaining the USDA equivalent certification. We are also in the process of opening a second location for retail sales. We currently service the community of Johnson County, and the surrounding counties in Missouri. With the farm-to-table idea, knowing the farmers and how the animals are raised, the mystery of what is in your food disappears. You no longer have to worry about additives and chemicals. Using the local farmers, we can guarantee that there will no longer be food shortages or price gouging like what was seen during the pandemic, and in some cases, are still experiencing. To meet these needs, we are trying to raise $100K for equipment. This equipment will improve productivity, with less downtime in employee hours. We look forward to answering any of your questions.
