We are entering the small cooling tower rental market to focus exclusively on an unserved opportunity. Curtis Tech Rentals will go to market with a fleet of small cooling towers designed specifically for servicing the HVAC market. We will manufacture our own units using patented technology that will allow us to have a highly efficient unit that is easy to maintain and ideally designed to capture this opportunity.
Money raised from this offering will be used to procure and manufacture 20 units. The units are constructed of FRP shell with PVC internals. The units are mounted to custom built trailers that allow for easy access to the water connections and provide jacks for leveling. Each unit is completely custom and unique to Curtis Tech LLC. The equipment could be sold to the market place very easily should the need arise. The cost to build a 250 ton rental unit is $45,000 and we estimate the units can be paid out in about 12 months.
