I am renovating an 1850s home and apartment, rebuilding the downstairs and making it rentable once again. The house is free and clear with no mortgage on it. I was approached about buying a small resort Air BNB home I have wanted to fix up for years. I am looking for funding to purchase this tiny house , and add a bedroom and upgrade the septic. It is in the middle of a popular resort area. I would be grateful for bridge loan to make this small business happen , and a little extra funds to finish the apartment nicely in the bigger house. This would make a great group of rental homes in a high end area on a river. Conventional funding will not work.
