A leadership operating system for aged care. We detect psychosocial hazards by converging employee pulse data with operational signals from rostering, incidents, and HR systems. Our AI coach CHRIS delivers weekly Monday Briefings to frontline leaders with contextualised micro-practices drawn from a peer-reviewed library of 600+ interventions. Every practice selection, adaptation, and outcome is captured as audit evidence for ISO 45003 and Aged Care Quality Standard 2.8.2 compliance. The platform operates on two loops: a Team Loop detecting hazards and guiding team-level responses, and a Leader Loop providing 360 feedback and personal development. CHRIS gets smarter across every site — each adaptation informs recommendations for similar contexts across the network. The wedge is psychosocial risk. The vision is a full agentic leadership OS where CHRIS drafts communications, produces reports, escalates issues, and integrates live with rostering and clinical systems. Currently in pilot providers.
