CSI has developed a patent-approved technology that cools food 5x faster than traditional methods, is 80% more energy efficient, and provides 5x the food capacity. Our ProductOur product is called EVC-300, a chamber that fits 300 pounds of food per load and utilizes vacuum-based technologies to reduce the pressure in the chamber to 1/1,000 the atmospheric pressure and cool food through our proprietary software, performing it significantly faster without damage or weight loss. Our product replaces existing refrigeration-based techniques with a completely new technology approach that cuts operating expenses by half compared to the traditional cooling methods. It brings the first technology revolution in rapid chill in over 60 years with a product that is vastly superior to our competition.
Use of FundsWe are seeking capital to expand our manufacturing capacity and
fulfill existing commercial agreements/purchase orders from two blue chip clients: One Fortune 500 tech company with over 35,000 employees (with several industrial kitchens to feed their employees), and one of North America's largest prepared food operators.
