Hello,

Isaac here, VP of Business Development at CTRL-P.  My co-founder Mike and I have been moving at breakneck speed to roll out the solution to the housing crisis in America.  The combination of my 30 years of IT and entrepreneurial experience and Mike's 30 years in the construction industry provides us with a 3,000-mile elevation to view the crisis at large.  To tackle this seemingly insurmountable obstacle seems impossible to many and town hall after town hall has come up empty-handed on solutions.  Sanctuary cities in New England have been particularly hard hit, having limited preparation and even more limited infrastructure to handle the massive influx.  Maine alone needs 4,000 houses now and another 1,000 houses/year just to keep up with demand.

Our plan is simple, be willing to think in a different paradigm, and have a business plan custom-built to illuminate decision-makers and facilitate city planners' adjustment to new building designs with existing building codes.  As you well know, "simple ain't easy".  That is why we have curated partnerships with the leaders in the development of many new sustainable technologies.  We first reached out to the leaders of the 100% off-grid housing solution, with a 40-year track record.  Together, we are developing a standard model of sustainable villages that can be rapidly deployed in crisis situations such as a homeless epidemic or a natural disaster.  We're also partnering with another startup in the realm of 3D Printing homes.  Their technology will enable housing construction developments to take place in months instead of years.
