Most important, my team consists of my Father, who spent his entire career in the medical field inspiring and imploring men of all ages and cultures to consistently seek doctors care to maintain their health. My son, who attends all my doctor visits and has his own scheduled doctor visits to track his health as he grows to manhood, serves as inspiration to always protect our young men. I, myself as a certified fitness and nutritionist prior to the turn of this century, supplied various communities to all the boys and young men I have mentored and been a role model to, stands as a model of good health through education, practical experience and transparency to naturally build a strong mind and body. Other team members from this established franchise eco-system include highly experienced and successful leaders in large integrated hospital systems management, franchise development, marketing, supply chain, and sales. We have partnered with top-notch firms in contract law, medical regulations, and federal compliance consultants. Although men experience shorter life spans than women, surprisingly only 50% of men visit their physicians annually. For men’s primary care the $145B market is growing annually at 5% rate and the $10B regenerative medicine industry flourishes at 16% annually.

We will employ physicians, dieticians, nutritionists, therapists in all medical aspects, fitness trainers, etc which in itself allows the clinics to expand organically. Houston has an ever-increasing population of over 2.3 million residents in which 49% are men. The vision is to strategically locate centers around the city for ease of commute to all of these highly beneficial services.
As a certified fitness and nutrition coach, I have assisted men with resolving their issues with a heavily progressive dietary plan and training regimen. We will grow our network of physicians, therapists, trainers and various health care professionals.
I am seeking $1 million to begin the process of build to suit, furnish and open our first clinic. I would prefer to partner with an investor and offer 30% of the company until the initial investment has been recouped. We can certainly negotiate the terms further.
Once we launch, this organization has the financials to support the potential to grow to a six-figure (all profits) business in its first 18 months. We have franchise financials showing very strong and consistent profits after 6 months. The ultimate win however, for the facility and its dedicated staff is to assist men in reclaiming their health, strengthening themselves mentally, physically and spiritually. We need our men to live longer lives. The best ability they have to provide for loved ones is their availability.
Our future plan is to add alternative on-demand services on an as-need basis to various locations around the city as we grow and learn from our community to better serve our community. Partnering with the county school systems, universities and homeless initiatives, we will expand our brand into our local communities and give back to those who have paved our way and also those who have yet to take that step.
