The device is a Remote Patient Monitoring and Testing unit ("IRT"), with secure transmission to the patients' care team and their EHR, with Home Healthcare and Caregiver assistance. This is a re-configuration and integration of multiple, existing products, plus development of testing unit. Being a Two-Way capability, IRT will also allow First Responders to receive EHR for triage, leveraging EMT medical capabilities.
The IRT division is building in two phases. Phase 1 is assembling the transmission and integration functionality, with Phase 2 adding the "lab on a chip" functionality, to create a system that will allow specific testing to occur while the patient is remote from the lab, care team, or medical facility.
The company's original core business is as a Solution Provider for AT&T plus other carriers/telecom providers. We are building on the AT&T contract to include secure, non-commercial bandwidth partnership for the transmission to the care team's EHR in Phase 1. Our principal partner has thirty years in the telecom business. Other associates have executive experience in Healthcare Information Technology and Healthcare Services, directly.
Phase 2 functionality will be licensed to pharmaceutical companies for medically based best practice testing to occur. Patients will have the unit initially prescribed and distributed by the medical facility, addressing insurance payments and operational revenue. This design allows for both recurring and one-time revenue streams for effective ROI. Investor Presentation deck is available, as well as letters of recommendation.
