Build, stock and allow members to have access to tools and machines.

I have spent the last few years getting some basic start up items with the prospect of opening "Flo's Crafting Cabin". I will have retail (handmade items, consignment items, arts and crafts supplies and machines) on hand for customers to purchase. I will also provide vending machines, classes, crafting parties, crafting kits and a place (on a month to month membership with a paid membership) for fellow crafters to sit, watch TV, enjoy the company of other crafters, have access to my machines and tools (this way they don't have to buy the big ticket items that they may only use once)... it gives the customers the opportunity to try items and then make an informed decision on whether to purchase the item(s) or not. The customer can purchase their supplies, tools and machines from me. Time and space to rent for crafting parties, meetings, book clubs like, etc. I live in a town of 800 people and our neighboring village has about 1,200 people. We do not have anything like this (the nearest is 30 minutes away and our winters do not allow easy passage from out here in farm country)... my shop would basically be a common craftroom for like minded crafters.
I would also like to have my retail shelves fully stocked (Cricut machines, other machines, stamps, dies, ribbon, ink, Cricut vinyl, silicone molds for resin/epoxy creations, etc).
My goal is to have a business to leave for my kids one day.... but my biggest goal is to be bringing in more money than I currently receive from disability... doing what I love.
I would appreciate the help with building, stocking and advertising. This would be a huge asset to the Village I reside in as well as our neighboring village.
I have requested $500,000 to cover cost of building a basic outbuilding for my shop, furniture, fully stocked shop, machines, materials, supplies, software, etc.
Thank you
