Crazy4Cakes  is a small company that specializes in creating intense  desserts, pastries and Confectionery art. Some of our confectionary items will be available  for purchase online while our custom cakes and desserts will only be available for pick-u  or delivery in store. 
When covid began we were being thrown curveballs left and right. It was so hard to get vanilla and the market was extremely high. Even at costco vanilla was marked at $49 per 16oz bottle. Thus, it was the inspiration behind our lemonade and vanilla extract line. 
We currently have over 30 flavors of our lemonade line and two different types of vanilla (vanilla extract and vanilla paste). As we are in the process of opening our very first shop, we realized that it would be great to offer these products in our shop and also on various platforms ie Amazon, etsy, & our website. Problem arose when we realized that we needed industrial pressure cooker and other commercial equipment to speed the fermentation process as well as baking and production. We need   proper labeling and packaging to match our brand and other marketing materials. We require a fridge  & freezer, etc to fully operate in our shop .  We dont have those thing or enough to purchase on our own.  We would also need employees to assist with productivity. 
Up until recently, everything was done in my home kitchen. Challenges arose when trying to make multiple orders in an unlicensed kitchen. We were offered a partnership with edible arrangements however the requirements were to operate out of a commercial kitchen. Attempting to operate out of shared kitchen spaces didn't work either. Also items needed were unable to be purchased without a storefront and the list goes on. Although the business was founded in 2017, it has been limited due funding and space. Since we haven't established business credit we were denied lines of credit to assist with this process. Raising funds for my business would allow me to create job opportunities, make my desserts, pastries and custom confections on a larger scale and legally and in my own space. I can open up my shop with the neccessary equipment needed to do everything I need to do and have a little working capital to get me through the first 6mo of operation.
