Our companies provide adventure tourism, bike rentals and coffee, in an area that sees approximately $4 billion in revenue with continued 15% growth yearly. We have seen our companies perform steadily over the last 12 years and have grown to provide employee housing and partner with educational and public land non-profits. We are currently forming a non-profit arm of our company to further the work we do with our public and educational partners. We are proposing the development of a commercial and community space that aims to foster economic growth, social interaction and community engagement.
Our project is designed to create a multi-faceted space that benefits the businesses, the community and our non-profit partners. Our strong partnerships with local organizations, educational institutions, and government agencies have fostered collaborative initiatives to address their specific needs, such as skill development programs, educational workshops, health and wellness activities, and the renewed engagement of minority groups. These efforts have resulted in a national stewardship award and several opportunities have opened to further the work we've begun.
We plan to allocate a portion of the space for additional local businesses, providing them with attractive storefronts to thrive in a shared environment. This will contribute to the economic development of the community by fostering entrepreneurship and bring revenue to this multi-stage project. Several indoor/outdoor spaces will be developed to establish a community hub where residents can engage in various activities, including workshops, cultural events, and recreational programs.
