COUR Property Services is a maintenance organization that specializes in serving institutionalized single family home Prop Tech. Our organization is a one stop shop for SFR Prop Tech in which we provide general maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, turn services, occupied maintenance, cleaning, and inspection services. With over 375,000 homes in SFR portfolios and growing, there's a huge opportunity to expand our B2B model with only a few clients and thousands of opportunities. Our expansion requires vehicles, equipment, human capital, and supplies to grow into over 25 additional markets nationwide within the next 5 years. Developing proprietary software to manage human capital, inventory, cost management, and equipment will help us to grow to be the most efficient maintenance firm available and utilize Ai to provide estimations immediately for renovations and maintenance. Our ability to offer contract pricing on our services will shorten decision making delays and increase turn-around times.
We will also develop a network of maintenance and renovation providers by offering secured jobs to be completed at a discounted rate. Our pitch to attract such talent is their ability to only do the job, no marketing, billing, payment tracking, or administration needed. Think - Thumbtack, Angie, Home Advisors platform for Prop-Tech companies. We are developing our proprietary app that will manage onboarding, credentialing, training, estimates, invoicing, material and inventory management with pre-loaded pricing with suppliers for accurate estimates and pricing, accounting, and survey and customer experience management. Automation is the key with the use of Chatgpt and AI to assist our technicians with completing the jobs accurately.
We grossed $200K in our first few months of operating with very little startup funds, small staff, and limited equipment. With expanded growth into additional markets, we have the opportunity to be a multi-million dollar operation within a year. Relationships with the organizations have been established, but additional capital is needed to grow into additional markets.
