Company Overview
Coulee Outdoor smokeless fire pits have been the foundation of our business, with over 4,000 units sold, new IP secured, and upcoming meetings with national retailers with new designs. Our growth strategy is centered on expanding retail partnerships, featuring enhanced smokeless fire pit designs and a pricing model optimized for major retail channels. We’re targeting a high-impact launch at the largest trade shows in March.
To support this expansion, we’re introducing Rocky View, our mobile showroom model. This concept is designed to scale efficiently in high-growth areas, requiring minimal startup and operational overhead. By linking the two businesses, we’ll increase cash flow and gain valuable customer insights that will drive the growth of Coulee Outdoor-branded products in retail.
Note: We need to sell only 45 high-ticket items per year to reach profitability. In comparison, traditional retail showrooms in our target areas sell an average of 250 hot tubs annually, underscoring the strong potential for success in this market.
