Cotton Gin Bbq Supply Co and Catering

I own a company called Cotton Gin Smokers LLC.  We currently build bbq smokers and ship them all over the USA, cater and are opening a bbq supply store at our shop.  I started this company in my basement in Niles Michigan in 2019.  Now I have 6 people working for me in a 27,000 sq foot facility.  We are engaging with another company that is interested in partnering with us on the manufacturing side of things but does not want to be involved with the catering and retail store.  So we are splitting into 3 different companies.  Cotton Gin Smokers, Cotton Gin Catering and Cotton Gin Bbq Supply Co.  It is possible that I will keep CGC under CGBSC.  We have already started phase one of the bbq supply store and it will open July 22, 2023.   Phase 2 will be to add on a 30’ diameter grain bin to the side of the building that we are in.  We are in the oldest building in the industrial park in our town and with that comes lots of potential and lots of TLC that needs to be done.  I want to purchase the building before we move forward at all with phase 2.  I am talking with 2 close friends that are in the food industry that are possibly interested in coming on board with me.  I believe that the catering side of things can really explode in the greater South Bend area.  We already have had an opportunity to cook for the Notre Dame University Football Team just 2 weeks ago.  My vision is to get involved with their food service in the fall for football games as well as the South Bend Cubbies baseball minor league team, major corporate events in Elkhart and South Bend, IN as well as weddings and other events.  With that said we need to build a nice functional commercial kitchen as well as purchase 2 food trailers, food delivery van and 2 3/4 ton trucks and have them all wrapped.  I would like to be able to secure funding for salaries for myself as well as the 2 individuals I will be hiring.  Our websites are www.cottonginsmokers.com and www.cottongincatering.com .  Please check them out and check us out on Instagram and Facebook @cottonginsmokers.  

We have started filming for a YouTube Channel that will launch in August.  So far we have professionally  filmed 4 cooking episodes.  Once have 6 filmed and produced the channel will launch and we will be seeking sponsorships with companies like Yeti (already have a foot in the door here as I am part of their Select Program), Pecos Outdoors, Turtlebox and others to help fund the YouTube project.  The aim for this project is multifaceted (recipes, manufacturing and a day in the life of a caterer. )  The 4 we have filmed have all been recipe videos where we cooked tri-tip and spatchcock chicken pita bread tacos, cast iron skilled bacon bourbon smoked apple crisp, double layered chocolate chip pecan pie, and cheesy chicken spaghetti.  

I have come to the point where I have realized that I am only one person and cannot do this all on my own.  I am seeking investors to come on board and help take this to the next level.  I have big visions for my brand.  Not just stopping with this.  Come be apart of our family!
