Music Project Equity Partnership Request
Corporate SPC Inc (SPC) seeks managing equity partners to join in a new low-cost/low-risk/high-profit nationwide/global music franchise project created for aspiring/emerging/fading artists, nationwide/globally (underprivileged aspiring artists are targeted). Managing equity partners are offered 40% equity participation; and the promoter (SPC) retains 60% equity in this venture. There are three (3) groups of franchise income streams: One is aspiring artists/students’ annual membership fee (aspiring artists/students will be recruited from private/public schools/colleges/universities). Two is 24/7 workshops lectures for aspiring/emerging artists/fading artists. Three is franchise products sales. More details are stated below:
SPC Franchise Service Income Stream:
SPC franchise workshops revenue/income include: 1) Celebrity artists' success techniques lecture. 2) Aspiring artists’ voice coaching. 3) Financial investing basics. 4) Business accounting basics. 5) Business contract basics. 6) Insurance coverage basics. 7) Web page design basics. 7) SPC Franchise ownership/management options. 8) Media advertising basics. 9) Record streaming/sales/marketing basics. 10) Free music recording access for students/members. 11) Franchise mini-Gym access. All franchises open for 16 - 24//7. These tutorials are included in the 25 preplanned income streams per Franchise. SPC intends to establish 20,000 music franchise units within 10 years, nationwide/globally, starting this year.
SPC Franchise Product Income Stream:
SPC franchise products revenue/income include: 1) Twenty-five (25) completed song lyrics Albums catalogue (245 singles) made available free to students/members. 2) Ten (10) Romantic Renaissance Sonnets Volumes (RRS Volume-1 to Volume-10 of 2,000 Sonnets) for sale to students. 3) Three thousand (3,000) poetic prose composed for Off-Broadway plays and made available free to student/members. 4) Song/Ad combinations for sale to company members. 5) Ad spaces in each 10-Volume made available to business members. These collective products are included the 25 separate income streams per Franchise. These products are offered to student artists/members at all 20,000 proposed franchise units, globally.
SPC Debt-Free Asset:
SPC’s debt-free assets include: 1) Five hundred kilograms (500 kg) of gold dory bars allocated as reserve liquid asset to the first 10 franchise units to be established in New York City. 2) Twenty-five completed song lyrics Albums (245) single songs allocated for use by students/members at all franchise units, globally. 3) Ten (10) RRS Volumes (2,000) Sonnets material) allocated for sale to students/members at all franchise units, globally. 4) Three thousand (3,000) Off-Broadway play material allocated for use by students/members at all franchise units, globally.
Active/Silent Franchise Equity Partner Investment:
Each franchise’s financial risk is inherently minimized by the diversification of investment risk; cyclical jurisdiction economic risk; portfolios revenue/ income risk. Equity partners’ 40% equity in each 10-unit franchise group is valued at $1.7M; and each 20-unit franchise group at $3.4M; and the stocks of each franchise unit can be traded, bartered, sold, swapped, pledged as collateral and lease by and among managing equity partners/silent partners/members, intra-city, interstate, nationwide/globally, within the franchise network to offer members timely liquidity if and when required. This SPC music project is a global humanitarian-centric effort targeting disadvantaged young and aspiring artists.
