Cornerstone Hospitality Advisors, LLC (CHA) is a hospitality management and advisory company focused on the acquisition, management, repositioning, and operational improvement of niche hotels and hospitality assets.

Our objective is straightforward: identify opportunities where experienced management, disciplined financial controls, strategic repositioning, and hands-on leadership can create measurable value for hotel owners and investors.

CHA is led by Thomas Mader, a veteran hospitality executive whose career includes hotel operations, general management, consulting, asset repositioning, and third-party hotel management. His experience includes leadership roles with Laventhol & Horwath Management Advisory Services, Columbia Sussex, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, The Beverly Hilton, and Woodridge Capital’s Ambrose Hotel, along with experience operating a third-party management company responsible for multiple hotel assets.

We are now building Cornerstone Hospitality Advisors into a scalable third-party management and hotel investment platform serving independent owners, investors, lenders, and hospitality ownership groups. Our initial focus is on independent, boutique, select-service, and underperforming hotel assets where stronger operational leadership and strategic repositioning can improve revenue, profitability, guest experience, and long-term asset value.

CHA is seeking startup and growth capital to establish the company’s operating infrastructure, expand business development and marketing, recruit key hospitality professionals, implement technology and financial systems, pursue management contracts, and evaluate strategic hotel acquisition and partnership opportunities.

We are looking for funding partners who recognize that CHA is not starting with an untested operating concept—it is building a new company around decades of hospitality experience, industry relationships, and a proven understanding of hotel operations and ownership objectives.
