The Ask:
We have three areas of concentration to utilize the funds
1. Expand on existing commercial contracts - ARR - $492K
2. Expand on military licensing in the maintenance squadrons to provide a true marketplace for alternate sourcing on parts for aircraft - ARR - $61K
3. Acquire minor ownership in profitable drone security company using our AI/PaaS application to expand penetration, adoption and subscribers of our platform. This is all autonomous and AI driven flight controls developed by CoreValueTec.
Our Capabilities:
Hardware engineering / new product development
- Electronics engineering – full range of capabilities from PCB design to complex device development (e.g. telecom or avionics equipment) and qualification for in service deployment.
- RF engineering - WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, RFID, LTE, UWB, microwave/satellite communications, etc.
- Mechanical engineering – CAD design, structural analysis and stress test, ergonomics, mechanics/fluid/thermo, moulds design, plastic and special materials
- Test engineering - requirements analysis, test plan development, functional test, design validation in stressed environmental conditions; ESS, HALT, HASS, REL; electric compliance, EMS and RF testing, RED (EU), FCC (USA) and ISED (Canada), OTA, SAR; ATEX compliance (and the likes); salt fog test (and the likes).
