Why: 55,000 barrels per day ready demand along U.S. East Coast.
Who: Six seasoned executives in refining and finance industries, including
Chevron, Hess,  Carlyle Group, Keystone Engineering.   
Who:  Patent-holder EPC firm Polaris Engineering; civil engineering firm GEL; top incentives law firm Womble Bond Dickinson. 
Progress:  We have been invited to submit Phase One application to U.S. Dept. of Energy loan guarantee program.
Progress: Letters of Intent signed with two major terminal companies .
for site on the Cooper River north of Charleston.
Progress:   We will be world's cleanest sea fuel facility, eliminating 95% of our CO2 emissions via an
offtaker agreement with the leading US industrial gas company.
Raising $300,000 in SEED for business, accounting and legal SEED-stage costs; later $50 M for a Series A Round to anchor the $200 M US Dept. of Energy ultra-low interest  loan guarantee.

A refinery using  the same Polaris Engineering process engineering  has been built and is successfully running in Galveston, Texas.  The engineering and atmospheric distillation works!
