Raising 7 mil for office flex/storage unit
My name is Tim. I have a 250,000 sf office flex warehouse/ storage unit project in Comfort Texas which is a suburb close to San Antonio needing financing. I am looking for an equity partner to finance the cash in or the whole project for 40% stake in it. Total cost of the project is $29,000,000
Cash in needed is $7,000,000 for financial approval ( land cost and pre development cost) $22,000,000 will be financed through Scarland Capital Group.
Completed project leased at 80% would be worth $50,000,000 ( very conservative).
San Antonio and surrounding cities have the most commercial development potential out of all big cities in Texas. This is the time to take advantage of the opportunity. I would love to start a relationship with a solid investor and bring a partnership that last a long time through trust and performance.
