ColorKote CT

We are a back coated glass, boutique glass, to the trades manufacturer here in the US. I have been running the company for 6 years and will be acquiring it this week and I'm looking for an angel investor for start up funds to cover some of our expenses. We are cash low but have over $200K of work in pipeline (all due in by end of year) and I need capital to ensure we cover payroll while we weather Covid but also for marketing. This company has NEVER done ANY marketing! I have the start of a business plan going and I'm looking for an investor who is interested in US manufacturing and a small company that believes in family values, employee opportunities, community out reach and a happy work/life balance. We operate with only 6 of us currently and can handle $2m+ with that small of a crew. ColorKote prides itself on integrity, honesty and the highest level of quality in the industry thanks to our contract with GlassKote Aus. product. Our reputation and revenue has grown throughout the years I have run the facility; but the ownership did not want to invest in marketing on a digital and print level. With just a little start up we can catapult ourselves to the next level and make the moves and purchases that can make us competitive and also bring our product into the residential market (a feet non of my competitors have accomplished due to old school thinking of the coating industry!). There is a lot of opportunity here and I have worked hard for many years to get us ready for these next steps. With the acquisition almost complete and the right partner I can turn ColorKote into a household name. I am hoping to find someone who is excited about manufacturing in the US. I want to show that quality products at a great price can exist when you keep low over head, a good, well paid and therefore happy staff that prides themselves on the product they make. A company is only as good as its employees and mine are AMAZING! I look forward to hopefully finding the right investor to partner with and moving our company in the direction of growth and prosperity for everyone.
