We are a retail garden center. located in one of the most expensive homes in Los Angeles County. We grow a lot of unusual perennials and shrubs, so we do not have to compete with big box store

On June 1, 2022, the state declared severe drought reduced our Water supply by 50%, and reduced the water allotment to homes by 20%. they can only water for 8 minutes per station per week.

Due to water scarcity, we allowed half of our inventory To dry out and perish. In July of 2023 State removed the water restriction which allowed us to start rebuilding our inventory, and by next spring our sales will  more than double at least to the pre-drought  period, as homeowners start replacing their landscaping

We are seeking $65000.00 to buy plastic containers, soil, and other growing needs.
