We are a Real Estate Development/Design company, established 40 years in the Hawaii islands. We are seeking Equity Investor to jointly develop a boutique 14-mid-luxury (market comps) single-family housing project fronting a pristine golf course in Honolulu. The estimated $8.5M+ profit over 30 months is highly leveraged and has the potential to perform 30% to 41% IRR, depending on the investment model. We have design plans, GC estimates, a marketing team, and limited government approvals (2015 approved). The project is ready to launch 10-12 months of A/E and entitlement work to begin sales nationally and internationally in early 2024.
