In the past I have coached individuals who have had life changing events such as those continuing recovery after rehab, particularly executive rehab; white-collar offenders rebuilding their careers with better decision-making skills, as well as a broader cross-section of the population who recognitive the need for rational thinking in their lives and careers. Their successes both in their personal life and business (many are entrepreneurs, highly compensated sales people and execs) were my successes. Before Coaching I built and was the CEO of a successful independent brokerage firm with more than 30 offices and 110 advisors in 10 states producing $1,000,000/month in revenue when I sold my 49% to the minority partners in 2015.
