AdviceGenie — Agentic AI for Australian Financial Advice
What we do: AdviceGenie automates the end-to-end production of compliant Statements of Advice (SoAs), reducing 23.9 hours of manual work across eight stages to ~14 minutes. The platform handles fact-finding synthesis, strategy modeling, product research, compliance checking, document assembly, and audit-ready file generation — not just drafting.
Business model: B2B SaaS sold to licensees (dealer groups) and mid-size advice firms. Pricing per adviser seat with tiered plans (Core / Professional / Enterprise) reflecting volume and integration depth. No per-document fees — predictable monthly cost replaces variable paraplanner spend.
Customers: Australian Financial Services Licensees (AFSLs) and advice firms with 5–200+ advisers. Initial design partners are three licensees representing ~180 advisers; pipeline includes two of the top-10 non-bank dealer groups. Advisers using the platform serve mass-affluent and emerging-wealth clients ($250k–$1.5M investable) who are currently unprofitable at traditional $4,700+ median fees.
