Coffee House Amenia is currently completing renovation of a former bank into a thriving coffee shop. This S-Corp is owned and operated in a partnership formed by a married couple with extensive experience in the food industry. We found this location through diligent research, deciding to locate here because of its proximity to NYC. Our drive through window in a busy shopping center parking lot will draw town folk, travelers, and tourists from well traveled Route 22. In addition, our inviting and comfortable in-house seating will create the feel of a living room for our guests. We can be operational within six weeks.
