Recently sold a ten-year-old winery in GA and our latest endeavor is to open a new one in Saint Augustine, FL. We are highly experienced in building and operating a winery business from the ground up. Also, we have consulted two other wineries in the art of wine making, vineyard construction and maintenance. We are seeking funds to get us up and running in this major tourist town. There is only 1 other winery in the town and they make different wines than we do. Donald Hughes is the Wine maker with over 20 years experience in making wine and Amanda Hughes is the business manager with a Master's in Business and 18 years management positions. Most of our customer base will be the tourists, however the residents in the are will also be part of our customer base. Wine drinkers have a very large age range starting with 21 and going all the way up to 100 years old.
This particular winery will import its raw materials and make all of the wine at location, allowing the customers to see the tanks and how its made, free tastings for the customers, and selling the bottles and other wine related retail items. We would like to have a sit down bar area for those who wish to enjoy a glass or two with a cheese platter and eventually we will add in some live music after the business has been established.
