I'm a real estate investor, working on my real estate brokers license. I want to make the country nice, by rehabbing, fix/flip properties. The only problem is, "funding!" I want to start in my local state/city which they are plenty of properties that need rehabbing, fixing or help people with foreclosures. 

I just started my company and need to raise $3000 for an investment I need. I was thinking about a personal loan but that affects my credit score and I have been working on it since last year with no late payments.

I was young and reckless with my credit and now it's bitting back! I have always wanted to fix up properties, but back then I was in the wrong crowd. 

I have come a long way and have a great career now as a massage therapist, but it takes a lot on the body and I can not be working as a therapist forever. 

I am 42 at the moment and I want to start my Real Estate journey now because by 45/46 I want to hang up the holsters and focus on making the country as nice as possible, maybe we can see the beauty of this country again.  

I also want to show my two young son's that even if you reach a certain age, if you really want something, you work hard and fight everyday for whatever you want, you can get. 

If I can't get the help, it will just take some time for "IT" to happen.
