Stuck!! Need funds to grow, have to grow to get funds.

My company is CMP Fiber Services LLC, and we do all things with fiber optics for commercial use to provide broadband for 911 systems, police stations, most schools districts and business in the Greater Houston Area. I am a prime contractor for the service provider. We do Fiber construction such as installing poles and running new lines with aerial installation. We do directional drilling(boring) for underground installation. We run Fiber through data centers (isp- inside plant), and businesses, design the osp(outside plant) before installation, and after install we splice the fibers, terminate into hubs, and test and certify all fibers and ports. We also respond 24/7 to emergency outages. And do overnight scheduled maintenances to replace old or bad fiber with new. I have what I know Is a unique opportunity in this area to takeover most if not all of the work the service provider has, which is more than 40-50x the amount I am covering now.  I've positioned myself strategically to work every angle of my customer and fill all holes that I seen in their productivity.  I took time to develop the right relationships with all the right decision makers. I also took the time to learn every detail about their network to not worry about competition. I pushed their biggest contractor that has 20 splicer and does about 25M a year to second place, when it was only me in the field working. I am their go to contractor, even when their guys can't figure out their network, and have had these conversations with important people with their company, and received very positive feedback and support for my ideas to takeover.  They want me to have 24 fiber splicing Technicians and many many construction crews. Splicing alone they pay out 3M a year at a Base. Usually between 4.5M - 6M on average. Not including construction and isp. Potentially 20M a year. Right now I average 25k a month. They desperately want me to grow, and I can but doing it myself it will be another 12-24 months. They want it yesterday. As we are 100% overbooked during hurricane season and could potentially make a small fortune every year just during the 2-3 roughest months for hurricanes. I don't have the funding now because I started this with -307 in the bank and no help, due to contracting for some bad companies prior, one guy took me for 276k and total I lost 342k between 3 companies. I traveled the country working anything I could find to network my name even more. I slept in my truck for weeks, only showering at the truck stops. Went without food for a week or more, but it never slowed me down. Family and so called friends laughed and made jokes, saying I'll never catch that dream and never amount to anything, as they worked their minimum wage jobs. That would not be me. So this was started out of necessity, not want. But I knew I could do it better and I couldn't miss another check at that time. I bypassed all the red tape due to my relationships I worked hard on and signed my own contract. Since then i have proved my hunger and I've worked relentlessly sometimes 24, 48, even 72hrs (yes 72hrs) straight to prove I wouldn't be told no. At the end of the day, I just wanted a fair shot at running a company that people were treated like an actual family, as I believe we can be human and successful at the same time, and proving I deserved it, but I didn't want to ask anyone for anything. And I still haven't, but doing it myself after that type of hit has proved to be a very slow quick sand since the customer expected me to be full grown by now. I have 16 years experience in Telecommunications and do have a passion for it. I like it most when I'm teaching a new entrepreneur about how I started to help guide them. Theres enough more to write a book, even after this book. 😁
