American culture has changed with inflation being at an all time high and an increase in most salaries not being viable for families to experience growth in the area of finances. Children are still growing, and the family still has an important expense when they are trying to purchase clothing for their children. With the rising cost of food and gas, it seems that there will be an extreme difficulty for working class families to afford purchasing clothes for their young loved one.

The business plan will entail information regarding Clothes for Kids, LLC. It will show the mission and vision, purpose and intent, for creating the business. It will highlight costs, revenue, marketing,and the business concept. It will offer an analysis of the market, and have a business strategy that can bring success to Clothes for Kids, LLC. 

Alysia Rodgers had the idea of the necessity of Clothes for Kids in these trying financial times, and she is the CEO and owner of the company. She wanted to create the company as a 501C3 but did not know people who could be on the board for the company which is a requirement of a 501c3. With this in mind, she decided to create the company as an LLC.

Clothes for Kids business plan will detail how large amounts of clothing will be offered for affordable prices for people who could not afford seasonal wear for their children which includes, school clothes, winter clothes, spring and summer clothing. Where they would be unable to afford clothing necessities for their children, teenagers, and even young adults that still live at home and attend school, Clothes for Kids enables families to receive a large amount of clothing at an affordable price.

Target customers range from ages 3 to 18 and 19, boys and girls, young teenagers. Teens who are living at home and they are the ages of 18 and 19 plus they go to school also qualify to obtain clothing from Clothes for Kids. 

Clothes for Kids will charge $25.00 per child, they will obtain a "Clothes for Kids" reusable bag that they can bring with them when they return to shop again. They will enter the warehouse/retail area where there are racks and shelves of clothing in different sizes all obtained from varying retailers who sponsor the program. They will pick out clothes that are new with tags on them when the program starts, however, as the program progresses, Clothes for Kids will begin taking gently used clothing that does not have any spots, wrinkles, or holes in them.
