Clearpointe LLC

Clearpointe LLC is 100% woman owned company based out of Ft Worth, we started in 2019 working in light commercial interior fit outs, as of right now we are primarily building and installing custom hot rock and infrared saunas in fitness centers nationwide, we have a 2 man shop and 3 two man install crews that are currently installing 4 to 8 saunas a week. We are needing capital to cash flow our crews so we can go to 30 day pay with the vendor, we also have an MCA loan we are in negotiations with for smaller pay off that we would like to get out from under, CRG (Club Resource Group) is who we build and install for, we are on track this year to do around 1.2 million and next year 1.5 or more.

We are averaging about 25% profit after hard costs, our over head is another 10% average, so that is leaving us with about 15% left over. (CRG has been charging us 5% for quick pay on invoices just so we can pay our daily costs)

We are in the process of setting up 30 day accounts for fuel and hotels and possibly truck rentals, that will give us a little breathing room.
