The purpose of the Mentor-aid app would be connecting people who feel ashamed about their life, due to various factors including , but not limited to hopelessness , depression, and loneliness.
People who have recurring thoughts of throwing their life away.
People who cannot afford therapy, and/ or are simply embarrassed to even reach out to their own families and/ or friends. They would be connecting with persons who have had similar experiences, and have made it out to a much brighter place .
People have taken their own lives due to various reasons that may have been avoided by way of connecting with others, obtaining guidance, or some type of support system. Mental health is more crucial now than ever. Mental health facilities can make people feel obligated , uncomfortable, and can be very costly.
