Cleantec - Solar Farms

We convert retired semi trailers into self contained, digitally controlled, and solar power based farms and teach people to grow all sorts of food as a business using the technology. 

We had an Instagram post go really really viral and we found a market of thousands of people that want this technology. Most are moving their lives around to purchase these systems around the whole world. However, we operate in a barn in the Colorado countryside and can only do so much. 6 at a time presently.  

We offer many different turn-key systems and training packages that are excellent businesses for our customers. 

After doing this for 7 years, we have learned just about everything there is to know about all of indoor agriculture and have much to offer our customers. A highly unique offering exists here with tremendous impact potential.

We are seeking $2M dollars with very specific purposes.  Stick with us for just a second. There are many dynamics here. But it works and checks out. Pin each one of these items in your mind for a moment.

Apart of our work in the mushroom industry prior to our following, we had an ineffective supplement that failed to gain traction, in response we developed a process to remove the Chiten layer of the mushroom, filed a trademark on the term "activated mushrooms" because in doing so we have found how make the compounds in mushrooms more bio-available without destroying them or chemically altering them and wish to relaunch a retail ready supplement presently called "BrainWave" (more products are possible, this is just the focus)

We will hire 2 individuals to update and relaunch Units 008 and 009 our mushroom farm here on site that can produce 2000 bottles worth a month (sold at $29)

We will purchase and retract 3 sets of our two unit mushroom farms that we have sold to customers that have struggled due to the limitation of two units opposed to 3.

We will convert 2 of those 3 retracted units into 3 unit mushroom farms for resale.

We will keep one set here in house and expand the supplement business. One fruiting chamber will be kept. the other lab will be reworked to handle encapsulation. We already have one encapsulation machine, the investment for a new higher output machine is required due to the next part of this. Increasing production to 5000 bottles a month ($1,400,000 a year NET)

The mushroom supplement business is a billion dollar industry with many folks chasing those numbers, using imported mushrooms from China, slapping a label on it, and spamming the market but there are many elements here that give what we are going to do a significant advantage.

We have a very valuable element of distinguishment and a considerable loyal following. And some kick ass friends too.

We will be farm to cabinet content creators, showing a better product from a better source, for better reasons. Showing the market where it comes from and who grew it.
 
This supplement is very important because once we spend the money to do it correctly, and get it on the shelves (if that is even ever needed due to our following) but once it is made available, we can then become a buyer for existing mushroom customers, in a vertically integrated franchise model.

See, our mushroom customers are presently the bravest of the brave, willing to go out to their market and sell mushrooms, and by becoming the buyer to fuel the supplement, we solve for X for them, and can sell more farms apart of this network. Every farm we sell we add profitable capacity. It is in fact absolutely brilliant.

This is about a $820,000 plan, right here, however, it makes damn near double that a year. Forever. before we start adding customers to the network.  Every farm adds $100K Yr in supplement revenue to us. Quite possibly more than that.

The rest of the money needs to be spent to handle and expand the production of solar farms. Here's why:

We are finishing construction on a hydroponic strawberry unit that we are quantifiable forecasting selling 500 of them in the next 3 years. Before it is even completed, we have 3 of them sold. The customers that purchased it are working to add 20 of them to Arizona, and the whole planet is going to want one.

We are in the process of striking a deal to service Whole Foods and Sprouts as apart of out mushroom offering, once again solving for X in a major way for our customers, thereby eliminating the risk entirely for purchasing the mushroom farms, thereby creating a perpetual fire storm of selling mushroom farms, forever. indefinitely.

We are also going into 3 different publications accessing over 400,000 farmers directly, which will help sustain this business outside of social media (which can be real spotty)

We just purchased our 60 acre farm in Colorado, and now we know this is where we are going to be well into the future, and we can set this place up to do many different things, but we need some money to really catch it all.

We have a lot more breakthroughs in the agriculture space coming yet. This plan shown here will liberate enough resources for us to continue our other research. Some of our other work is so very valuable it is kinda scary, including a method to keep mushrooms alive long term stopping a huge amount of waste, indoor truffle cultivation, and several other really high impact things we would like to work on.

We need to expand our shop, our dock, and our layout to handle what is here, what is coming, and what we wish to do. We are presently configured poorly, and need to rework basically everything into a workflow that makes sense for large scale production.

Every element here can be tremendously profitable as we progress down this road, however you the investor need to know how you get your money back

A lot of this business isn't about the money. That needs to be clear. We keep our farms as priced low as possible to give normal citizens a way out of the rat race and the matrix. This business is designed to empower citizens to start a new career and feed their communities healthy foods. There is not enough meat on the bones of building these farms to really pay anyone back at this point, as we go, with the franchise model, we will of course respond accordingly, but there is absolutely plenty of money to be made in the production of the supplement. Plenty plenty. Good margins and a global marketplace and that's where we focus this investment and focus your returns.

The deal here is $2M with 50/50 NET splits of the supplement until repayment in full, with interest if you'd like, then you maintain a 10% NET income off this supplement or supplement line for the rest of your life.  And if you're really cool, recognize the amount of thought, effort, and potential this has, and can close a deal shortly in like two calls or less and are cool, align with us, I'll throw some founders equity in the whole thing in Solar farms.

I am a fixed point in reality here now that I own this farm in Colorado, and always keep my phone-line open, and barely ever even get to leave this farm. I have an enforceable "participation agreement" written to contain this type of deal.
